What kind of work do participants do?
Participants are involved in building hive boxes, caring for bees, planting and maintaining gardens, and helping with honey harvesting and preparation. The work is hands-on and part of a real operation.
Do participants need experience with bees or outdoor work?
No prior experience is required. Training is provided, and tasks are introduced at a pace that allows each individual to build confidence over time.
